Every arrangement is made with natural flowers, so no two bouquets are exactly alike.
Seasonal availability
Flower varieties, shades and foliage may vary with the season and market availability. Images show the intended style and overall appearance of an arrangement rather than an exact reproduction of every stem.
Our substitution approach
If a flower or foliage variety is unavailable, we may replace it with an alternative of equal or greater value and a similar style.
We aim to preserve the arrangement’s overall colour palette, shape and character, while keeping the selected size and value of your gift.
Substitutions will not be used to justify a materially smaller arrangement or a reduction in value.
Significant changes
If availability would require a significant change to the arrangement’s main colours, defining flowers or overall style, we will contact the purchaser to discuss an alternative.
If we cannot reach you, we may need to pause fulfilment rather than make a materially different arrangement without agreement. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, we will discuss cancellation and a refund for the affected item.
Wrapping, ribbons and containers
Wrapping, ribbons, baskets or vases may occasionally vary. Where a substitution is necessary, we will use a suitable alternative of comparable quality and value that complements the arrangement.
If the container is a defining feature of the product, a significant change will be discussed with you.
Natural variation
Flowers may arrive at different stages of opening. Their appearance can change as the blooms develop, and colours may look slightly different under different lighting or on different screens.
Natural variation does not excuse damaged flowers or an arrangement that materially differs from its description.
