BEFORE YOUR FLOWERS ARRIVE
Please provide the recipient’s full name, a reachable phone number, the building or block number, street name, unit number and six-digit postal code. Include any access instructions and ensure someone can receive the flowers during the selected delivery window.
For offices, hotels, hospitals and other managed premises, please check that flower deliveries are permitted and provide the relevant reception, ward, room or department details. Delivery may need to be received at an authorised reception or collection point, subject to the premises’ rules.
HERE TO HELP
Keep your order number handy when contacting us.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to contact the recipient or purchaser to agree on the next step. A handover to reception, another person or a safe location should be authorised and permitted by the premises. If a suitable handover cannot be arranged, redelivery may be needed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if the address, phone number or delivery date needs to change, quoting your order number. Changes depend on preparation and dispatch progress and are only confirmed when acknowledged by our team. An incorrect address or inaccessible location may require a new delivery arrangement.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details, recipient unavailability or access restrictions, we will discuss the available options with you. Any additional delivery fee will be confirmed before a new attempt is arranged. Redelivery timing depends on availability and the condition of the flowers. If the failed delivery was caused by our error, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging you an additional delivery fee.
Traffic, severe weather, access restrictions or other disruptions can affect arrival times. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. If your order has not arrived within the agreed delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and agree on an appropriate solution.
For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other busy occasions, please book early. Available dates and services may differ during peak periods. Check the options and total charges shown for your order before payment.
Please contact us promptly if your delivery is missing, incorrect or arrives damaged. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant so we can review the problem and discuss an appropriate resolution.
