DELIVERY & ORDERING
Can you deliver today?
Choose an available delivery slot on the product page. Order before 8am for morning delivery, 2pm for afternoon delivery, or 5pm for evening delivery. Availability depends on your selected date.
All times are Singapore time (UTC+8).
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery within the available time ranges has no base delivery charge. Two-hour express or preferred-time delivery adds S$35 per order. These premium services are not charged together. Any applicable area surcharge and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Can I request a delivery time?
Yes — preferred-time delivery is available from 10am to 8pm for an additional S$35 per order. Book and pay at least 4 hours ahead. Booking hours are 9am–5pm on our operating days. Outside these hours, the lead time starts when we reopen. Only available times can be selected. We aim to arrive around your preferred time, but cannot guarantee arrival at the exact time. Traffic and delivery routes may affect arrival.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes — you can place an order from overseas for delivery to a Singapore address. Prices and checkout are in SGD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; your payment provider may apply currency conversion charges.
GIFTS & AFTERCARE
Can I include a personal message?
Yes — add your personal message at checkout and sign your card so the recipient knows who it’s from. Messages can contain up to 300 characters.
What if the recipient isn’t available?
We’ll try to contact the recipient to arrange a suitable handover. With permission, the flowers may be left with reception or a nominated person. If delivery cannot be completed, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps. Any redelivery charge will be confirmed before another attempt.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you would like to change. Changes depend on whether your flowers are already being prepared or dispatched, and are only confirmed once you hear back from us.
What if there’s a problem with my flowers?
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review what happened and discuss a suitable solution with you.
